    ASME B16.5 governs flange bolting dimensional requirements (bolt-circle diameter, number of bolts per flange, stud-bolt diameter, and length) for raised-face, ring-joint, and flat-face flange patterns across Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500 pressure ratings. In ASTM A193 Grade B8 304 stainless, the matched stud-bolt format is double-end with chamfered ends. Companion nut is ASTM A194 Grade 8 (same 304 chemistry, galvanic-compatible).
